You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The position can be based in our Berlin office or remote within Germany.\nResponsibilities\nOwn new business acquisition for the DACH region - all segments\nRun the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels\nDevelop deep knowledge of the German-speaking privacy and Martech ecosystem\nPartner with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing on regional GTM plays\nRepresent Didomi at industry events in the DACH region\nAccurately forecast in Salesforce\nProfile\n3+ years in Sales, including some experience with Enterprise\n Martech background is a big plus (AdTech / Privacy / Data SaaS also valued)\nNative or fluent German + professional English\nTrack record of closing €100k+ ACV deals\nExisting DACH network in Martech / Privacy = plus\nHunter mindset, consultative selling\nRecruitment process\n1. Screening call with our Talent Acquisition Expert (15 min)\n2. Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 min)\n3. Role-play & business case (45 min)\n4. Final interview with CRO (30 min)\n5.
