It's real work with real ownership, plenty of room to experiment, and a direct line from what you build to the impact it has.\nTasks\nTasks that you will work on:\nWork closely with our product and engineering teams to build, test, and improve AI-powered features.\nDesign Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve agent performance and accuracy.\nAutomate data collection, data labelling and data pipeline engineering.\nRequirements\nYou cover the following requirements:\nCurrently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.\nA strong interest in agentic AI systems and workflows, ideally with some hands-on experience.\nFamiliarity with agentic build platforms such as RAGFlow (through coursework, projects, or self-study).\nA sense for choosing the right model for the task, knowing when a frontier model is warranted vs. when a smaller, faster, or cheaper one gets the job done.\nSome exposure to vector databases and retrieval systems.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\nDon't meet every requirement?
