Account Manager

Management

• Maintain existing customer base installations and ensure customer’s success
• Propose additional technology implementation to improve store efficiency and customer journeys
• Respond to technical questions about the product or related architecture

Team Management

• Build common capability among the team
• Support Account Managers in delivering solution proposal
• Provide leadership in new solution design and ensure the team is able to deliver product demonstrations on site and remotely

Action Strategic Imperatives

• Maintains deep technical expertise of retail technology, and supports customers to implement new systems and software to support the new journeys
• Serve as a retail tech trusted advisor and demonstrate DN thought leadership
• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to understand and capture requirements to derive effective solutions

• Systems - POS, Advanced Self-Service devices
• Software • Services & Support

Accountability

• Meeting assigned annual Orders and Revenue quota
• Provide forecasts and regular reports
• Maintains customers satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Participate in lead demand-generating marketing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, account management, and/or new business development.
• Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.

• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

  Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Retail Store procedures and the utilization of technology within the environment.
• General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software and Service solution sales would be advantageous.
• Proven success in high quota carrying position.
• Consultative sales experience with complex solution design is desired.
• Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success as an Sales Manager, ex: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, time and territory management, customer empathy.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels.
• Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Possess experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce to maximize opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
