support additional APAC geographies, contributing to the scalability and success of our global payroll operating model.\nIf you have a solid understanding of Indian payroll regulations and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment, we’d love to hear from you.\n Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness each payroll cycle\nMaintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments\nValidate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave data before processing\nEnsure full statutory compliance with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)\nPerform payroll calculations, verify deductions, and reconcile discrepancies prior to final payroll runs\nServe as a responsive and knowledgeable point of contact for employee payroll queries\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate payroll documentation\nCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement in payroll operations\nContribute to the build-out and ongoing development of the India Payroll Hub, supporting multi-country APAC payroll operations as the Hub scales\n Required Qualifications\n3-7 years of hands-on payroll experience in India\nStrong working knowledge of Indian statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS\nFamiliarity with payroll software and HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar)\nHigh attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills\nAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset\nExperience
