Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.\nWe are looking for an ambitious, hands-on and highly organisedProject Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes team and support the day-to-day running and continued development of our UK and Ireland operations.\nThis is a varied role combiningwarehouse and staging operations, stock and transport administration, customer support, reporting, project coordination and continuous improvement. You will work closely with management and operational teams to make sure the facility runs efficiently, customers receive a high level of service and operational issues are identified and resolved quickly.\nThis role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, takes ownership, is naturally organised and likes finding better ways of doing things. You should be equally comfortable working with people, data, systems and practical operational tasks.\n Support the day-to-day operation of the Milton Keynes warehouse and staging facility.\nCoordinate stock reporting, stock checks, transport administration and general operational requirements.\nAssist with warehouse planning, inventory and logistics forecasting across UK and Ireland operations.\nMaintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.\nWork with internal systems and software to manage operational and staging processes.\nSupport customer implementations and operational projects from planning through to completion.\nWork directly with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure agreed actions are delivered.\nAssist with preparation for and participation in customer audits at the Milton Keynes facility, including major retail and banking clients.\nTravel occasionally to Ireland to support customer audits or operational requirements.\nInvestigate operational issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.\nIdentify recurring problems and inefficiencies and help implement improvements.\nSupport continuous improvement and business transformation projects alongside operations, commercial teams and management.\nMinimum 4 years’ of relevant professional experience, within operations, logistics, warehouse/staging, project coordination, administration or a fast-paced business environment.\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail.\nHands-on and willing to get involved in both office-based and operational/warehouse activities.\nStrong computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nComfortable working with data, reports and operational systems.\nAble to identify issues, understand root causes and develop practical solutions.\nExcellent communication skills and confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.\nGood written and spoken business English.\nAble to prioritise competing demands and remain calm when priorities change.\nProactive attitude with a genuine desire to improve processes and ways of working.\nWillingness to travel occasionally within the UK and to Ireland.\nWhat You’ll Get\nExposure to UK and Ireland operations across warehouse, logistics, customer and commercial activities.\nTraining on internal systems, software and staging processes.\nDirect exposure to major retail and banking customers.\nOpportunity to work on customer implementations and continuous improvement projects.\nA varied role with the opportunity to develop into a broader operational or project management position.\nThe opportunity to make a genuine impact on how the operation works and grows.\nWe are Armed Forces friendly.
