Researches, analyzes, assesses and administers pay programs and processes. Reviews new positions in anticipation of recruitment to ensure proper classification. Audits jobs / pay levels to identify and resolve issues associated with reorganizations, contractual changes, acquisitions, etc. Counsels managers and associates in resolution of potentially sensitive compensation questions and issues.
