Working within the DN organization, you will oversee a portfolio powered by modern cloud architecture, microservices, and ATM solutions, driving end-to-end delivery, complex system integrations, and portfolio P&L performance.\nResponsibilities\nLeading large-scale software implementation programs for enterprise banking and retail clients. \nDriving end-to-end solution delivery across pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and support. \nOrchestrating complex integrations between ATM platforms, legacy systems, and digital banking solutions. \nBuilding trusted customer relationships while ensuring service excellence and SLA achievement. \nGoverning project execution through Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies. \nOwning portfolio financial performance, maximizing revenue growth and profitability. \nForecasting budgets, allocating resources, and controlling multi-million-euro program spend. \nIdentifying expansion opportunities, shaping Statements of Work, and managing commercial changes. \nAligning engineering, architecture, and product functions to achieve strategic milestones. \nMitigating deployment, security, and infrastructure risks across client environments. \nSteering vendor and GCC partnerships to support successful delivery outcomes. \nChampioning continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivery best practices.\nQualifications\n10-15 years of experience delivering and implementing enterprise software solutions. \nDemonstrating 3-4 years of success in a client-facing Software Delivery Manager role within a technology vendor environment. \nManaging large-scale software delivery programs for banking, ATM, self-service, or POS solutions. \nApplying expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based architectures. \nOverseeing ATM software, transaction processing, switching systems, or CEN/XFS-based environments. \nOwning commercial performance, including professional services delivery, budgeting, and portfolio P&L management. \nUtilizing enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. \nInfluencing senior stakeholders through strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills across distributed teams.\nDesired Qualifications\nHolding PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management accreditation. \nPossessing Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or related Agile credentials. \nBringing experience within enterprise banking technology, digital payments, or self-service ecosystems.\nAbout Us\nWhy should you join Diebold Nixdorf?\nBrightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation\nThe people of Diebold Nixdorf are 23,000+ teammates of diverse talents and expertise in more than 130 countries, harnessing future technologies to deliver personalized, secure consumer experiences that connect people to commerce.
