organization.\n\nRequirements: \n3-7 years of backend/software engineering experience.\nStrong experience in Scala or another JVM/backend language.\nHands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.\nStrong SQL and database knowledge.\nExperience building data platforms, data pipelines, or data-intensive backend systems.\nExperience with distributed systems/microservices.\nStrong understanding of APIs and backend services.\nExperience with AWS/GCP/Azure.\nGood understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and performance.\nGood-to-have: Python / Java / Go / Node.js, Spark / Flink, Databricks, Airflow, data lake/lakehouse architecture, streaming data pipelines, AI/ML or GenAI platform exposure,
