Product Manager

We are looking for someone who represents the top 5% of Product Managers in India: a strong product thinker who combines structured problem-solving with exceptional execution, ownership, and speed. This role is ideal for someone who has experience across both established companies and high-growth/startup environments, and is comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and getting things done without waiting for perfect processes or resources.

Responsibilities:

• Own products end-to-end from identifying customer problems to defining, launching, and iterating on solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and leadership teams to translate problems into high-quality products.
• Develop a deep understanding of B2B customers, their workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive product discovery through customer conversations, data, market research, and experimentation.
• Write clear product requirements and ensure strong execution with engineering and design teams.
• Make data-driven decisions while balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and move quickly from idea to execution to learning.
• Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback, usage data, and business outcomes.
• Take complete ownership of outcomes rather than just managing the product process.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in strong B2B SaaS/technology companies.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products used by businesses or professional users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Excellent product sense and customer empathy.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and design and understand technical trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Someone who has demonstrated startup hustle, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working with limited resources, and solving problems independently.

Ideal Background:

• Worked at top-tier B2B SaaS companies and/or high-growth startups.
• Experience across a mix of large organisations and startups.
• Strong academic credentials from IIT / IIM or other top-tier institutions.
• Demonstrated ownership of products from 01 or significant scale-up phases.
• A track record of delivering measurable business or customer impact.
