If you are passionate about technology, enjoy helping others, and have a proven track record of taking ownership of tasks, we want you to join our diverse and talented team.\nAbout the Role:\nThe primary role of the IT Logistics & Assets Coordinator is to ensure that all hardware orders and returns for new clients are properly shipped and accounted for. The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with other coordinators and members of the Hardware team to communicate the status of hardware, update tickets, and handle delivery issues and returns.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nManage the shipping process for hardware orders and returns for our Projects Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nMaintain detailed records of all Project Hardware shipments and returns, ensuring they are properly accounted for in internal systems.\nCollaborate closely with other coordinators and the Projects and Hardware team to relay shipping statuses and updates.\nAccurately update tickets and documentation related to hardware orders, returns and delivery issues.\nInvestigate and follow up on delayed, missing or damaged shipments.\nOversee the process of returning hardware from clients, ensuring proper handling and tracking of returned items.\nFollow company protocols to ensure all shipments meet packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.\nJob Qualifications:\nPosition requires heavy lifting.
