We’re looking for a Level 3 IT Technician to provide advanced technical support, handle escalations, and help maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing client environments.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong troubleshooting skills with professionalism, ownership, and a great client experience. You’ll work across servers, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and security while partnering closely with both internal teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHandle advanced escalations and provide technical support for complex infrastructure and networking issuesTroubleshoot and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments\nConfigure and manage file shares, permissions, SharePoint environments, and identity-related services\nTroubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, and site-wide networking issues\nSupport virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and AVD environments\nUse PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration and operational tasks\nMaintain strong documentation, communication, and operational follow-through across support requests and escalations\nCollaborate with L1, L2, Projects, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery\nHelp identify recurring technical issues and contribute to operational improvements and standardization efforts\n• Deliver a high-quality support experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and technical ownership\n\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT services environmentStrong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and networking technologies\nExperience troubleshooting complex server, firewall, VPN, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Desktop\nExperience working within RMM and PSA platforms\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure\nStrong communication skills and a professional, client-focused mindset\nStrong documentation habits and operational follow-through\n• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred\n\nDigacore Employee Benefits\nCompetitive salary + $500 sign-on bonus\nMedical & dental insurance -
