audits, documentation, and remediation tracking\nConduct security assessments and help clients identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve security posture\nAdvise clients on cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and security strategy\nOwn and optimize security platforms including Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Huntress, email security, vulnerability management, and related tools\nDrive root cause analysis and continuous improvement following security events\nImprove security processes, documentation standards, reporting, and operational efficiency\nPartner with Account Managers and leadership on security improvement opportunities\nHelp evolve and expand Digacore's security services as client needs and threats change\nMentor and guide Security Analysts on technical growth (light day-to-day coaching, not formal people management)\nWhat You Bring\n4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in an MSP, MSSP, healthcare, regulated industry, or similar environment\nDirect experience supporting compliance programs (HIPAA, SOC 2, cyber insurance requirements, or similar frameworks) -
