This person is expected to be passionate about the way various components and independent subsystems can be put together to achieve final system/product goals. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the systems engineering of flight-critical Avionics subsystems for Ground-Based and Space-Based sensors for Space Situational Awareness (SSA) applications.\nIdeal Candidate - Work experience in the systems engineering of avionics systems, on-board computers, flight software or GNC in spacecrafts, or launch vehicles.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product life cycle.\n\nPlan, configure and allocate requirements to subsystems, ensuring coherence and traceability throughout the design process.\n\nPerform system-level trade-off studies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.\n\nDevelop and maintain system-level documentation, including specifications, interface control documents, and system design descriptions.\n\nConduct requirements analysis, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with customer needs and industry standards.\n\nDevelop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.\n\nFacilitate customer and stakeholder engagement to capture and understand their needs and expectations. Communicate technical concepts, requirements, and issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\n4 out of the 5 below mentioned qualifications are mandatory.\n\nBachelors or Masters in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical or a relevant discipline.\n\n4+ years of professional experience in Space industry or affiliated industries.\n\nIn-depth understanding of all the critical subsystems and segments that make up a satellite mission, especially the Avionics architecture.\n\nProven experience in engineering project management, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, risk management and effective team collaboration.\n\nEnd-to-end design and realisation experience (or) Systems integration experience in an Avionics subsystem/system in the Space industry\n\nPreferred Qualities:\nSkilled in creating detailed technical reports, contents, manuals, and operational guidelines.\n\nExperience with SysML and ECSS standards or similar\n\nProfessional certification in Systems Engineering (Ex.
