Six-month, full-time, on-site internship in the integration and test lab.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the test engineer and checkout system lead in day-to-day campaign activity: test setup and teardown, configuration changes between test phases, and running assigned test cases under supervision.\n\nRecord test results against the written procedure, maintain as-run records, and flag out-of-limit or unexpected results promptly rather than filing them.\n\nProcess captured test data - parsing, plotting, limit checking - and prepare data packs and draft sections for test reports and acceptance evidence.\n\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts for data handling, log processing, and test content within the checkout platform, to requirements defined and reviewed by the test engineer.\n\nMaintain test documentation and traceability: procedure revisions, test logs, GSE configuration records, and the link between each run, its setup, and its result.\n\nBuild, label, and continuity-check test cables, breakout wiring, and simple GSE fixtures, including basic soldering and rework.\n\nSupport lab readiness: instrument configuration, calibration status checks, ESD-safe workstation upkeep, and equipment logging.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation, or a relevant technical discipline.\n\nWorking proficiency in Python, including file handling and data processing.\n\nPractical familiarity with lab equipment i.e., oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, and function generators.\n\nUnderstanding of data communication protocols SPI, I2C, UART, and RS422/485 at a fundamental level.\n\nBasic soldering ability and willingness to develop hands-on hardware skills.\n\nAbility to follow a written procedure exactly and record results clearly and honestly, including results that do not match expectation.\n\nAttention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.\n\nAvailable for a full-time, six-month, on-site internship.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nAcademic, hobby, or competition project involving hardware bring-up, embedded systems, CubeSats, rocketry, or robotics.\n\nExposure to PyVISA, SCPI instrument control, LabVIEW, TestStand, or any commercial test automation framework.\n\nExposure to serial protocol decoding, checksums or CRCs, or packet parsing.\n\nFamiliarity with version control (Git).\n\nExposure to CAN, LVDS, or Ethernet interfaces.\n\nAwareness of ESD control and cleanroom protocols.\nGeneral Requirements:\n\nAbility to work in a mission-focused, operational environment.\n\nWillingness to ask early rather than guess, particularly around flight hardware.\n\nAbility to take direction from multiple engineers and keep
