Digantara’s growth beyond its core business by building and managing the company’s incubation ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships that expand capability, market access, and long-term value creation.\nIdeal Candidate\n2-4 years of experience across venture building, incubation programs, venture capital, corporate development, partnerships, or early-stage operating roles.\n\nDemonstrated ability to take ideas from zero-to-one through structured execution and stakeholder alignment.\n\nStrong commercial acumen with experience evaluating opportunities, structuring partnerships, and managing strategic initiatives.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nIncubation\nBuild and operate Digantara’s in-house incubator, including program structure, selection criteria, and operating framework.\n\nSource, evaluate, and onboard founders, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), and venture opportunities.\n\nStructure incubation engagements, including funding, ownership models, milestones, and support mechanisms.\n\nEstablish and manage the ecosystem of resources available to incubated ventures, including infrastructure, expertise, and market access.\n\nDefine performance metrics, monitor progress, and guide ventures from concept through scale, integration, or spin-out.\n\nManage portfolio reporting and communicate venture performance to leadership.\n\nPartnerships\nIdentify and develop strategic partnerships across commercial organizations, government agencies, defense entities, and research institutions.\n\nLead partnership initiatives from opportunity assessment through negotiation, structuring, and ongoing management.\n\nBuild and strengthen an ecosystem of partners that enhances Digantara’s strategic position.\n\nCollaborate with product, engineering, commercial, and policy teams to align partnerships with business objectives and growth priorities.\n\nQualifications\n2-4 years of experience in venture building, incubation, partnerships, corporate development, venture capital, or startup operations.\n\nStrong analytical, commercial, and deal-structuring capabilities.\n\nExperience working with founders, senior executives, and external stakeholders.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.\n\nPreferred Qualities\nExperience founding a company or working within an incubator, accelerator, or venture studio.\n\nExposure to investment structuring, strategic alliances, licensing agreements, or joint ventures.\n\nExperience managing cross-border partnerships and collaborations.\n\nBackground in aerospace, defense, deep-tech, or dual-use technology sectors.\n\nMBA, CA, or equivalent qualification.\n\nGeneral Requirements\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\n\nComfortable
