The role will ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping while adhering to company policies and accounting standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting Operations:\nPerform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.\n\nRecord, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.\n\nAssist in month-end accounting activities and preparation of accounting schedules.\n\nEnsure accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.\n\nPreparing PO, PI and excellence in Zoho P2P process.\n\nIntercompany Accounting & Billing:\nProcess intercompany cross charges and billing transactions accurately and on time.\n\nReconcile intercompany balances and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.\n\nMaintain supporting documentation for intercompany transactions.\n\nAudit Support:\nProvide cross-functional support during internal & statutory audits.\n\nPrepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and required financial information.\n\nCoordinate with internal & external teams to ensure timely closure of audit queries.\n\nAssist in implementing recommendations arising from audit observations.\n\nAccounting Controls & Compliance:\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.\n\nMaintain proper documentation for financial transactions.\n\nSupport adherence to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.\n\nTeam Collaboration:\nWork closely with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.\n\nSupport ad hoc finance and accounting assignments as required.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nGraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.\n\n3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations &
