Work with Quality to inspect, accept, quarantine, or reject them.\n\nControl issuance: Issue materials only against approved requests, work orders, or authorised personnel.\n\nMaintain traceability: Keep complete records for mission-critical hardware, including CoCs, test reports, calibration certificates, configuration IDs, ownership, and custody.\n\nSegregate and label: Store customer-owned, loaned, repair, returnable, non-conforming, and restricted items separately, and label them clearly.\n\nCount and reconcile: Run periodic physical counts, investigate discrepancies, document root causes, and drive corrective actions.\n\nProtect the audit trail: Document every adjustment, write-off, and correction, and give finance and auditors reliable reports.\n\nFlag risk early: Monitor stock levels, reservations, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and escalate shortages or financial exposure before they affect programs.\n\nCoordinate logistics: Align with procurement and logistics on inbound shipments, outbound dispatches, and returns.\n\nQualifications:\n4-7 years of hands-on hardware procurement or supply chain operations experience.
