experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business transformation\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on performance improvement and value realization.\n\nStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSupport post-merger integration planning and execution across acquired entities.\n\nIdentify, track, and deliver revenue, operational, strategic, and cost synergies from transactions.\n\nLead cross-functional initiatives focused on business performance improvement and value creation.\n\nDevelop operating models, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards.\n\nConduct business analyses to identify growth opportunities, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.\n\nPrepare executive presentations, integration reports, and management updates.\n\nCoordinate with business leaders to ensure delivery of integration milestones and strategic objectives.\n\nSupport transformation initiatives, special projects, and strategic programs led by senior leadership.\n\nQualifications\n3-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, corporate development, transformation, or portfolio operations.\n\nStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience managing complex projects involving multiple
