People who think clearly, work with care and raise the bar. You will hire software engineers, data teams and product managers who shape our core systems and user experience. This role needs someone who understands how good talent thinks and what good teams need.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with engineering and product leaders to understand what great looks like\n\nWrite simple and clear job descriptions that show the real work, not noise\n\nBuild sourcing strategies that reach people who usually do not apply\n\nOwn hiring for engineering and product roles across levels\n\nAssess how candidates solve problems, how they think and how they collaborate\n\nCreate an honest and smooth candidate experience\n\nCoordinate interviews with care so the team can judge talent well\n\nShare hiring insights and shape better ways of working\n\nBuild long term talent pools and keep relationships warm\n\nHelp us hold a high bar for every hire\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience hiring for tech and product roles\n\nWork experience in a leading staffing agency or RPO is a must.\n\nGood understanding of how software and data teams work\n\nGood instinct for product roles and product thinking\n\nAbility to judge clarity of thought, not only skill keywords\n\nStrong communication and relationship skills\n\nAbility to manage many roles while keeping a calm and clear process\n\nDeep sense of ownership and pride in your craft\n\nPreferred Qualities:\nExperience hiring for fast-moving product or deep tech teams\n\nComfort speaking with senior engineers and PMs\n\nKnowledge of ATS tools like Keka, Zoho or Lever\n\nCuriosity about space and data systems\n\nGeneral Requirements:\nAbility to take direction and work independently.\n\nInterpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.\n\nMaintain a regular and predictable work schedule.\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills as well as organisational skills.\n\nTravel occasionally as necessary.\n\nFluent in English\n\nJob Location - Hebbal, Bangalore\nJoin Digantara and be part of a team pushing the boundaries of space technology!
