The key component of this role is also distribution partner management. This job will entail working at an extremely fast pace, and will require working cooperatively with and through the Consumer Sales Leadership Team and Marketing team in order to complete tasks, and will be integral in motivating others.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead, develop and manage distribution channel of resellers and dealers.\nManage distribution partners to ensure robust market servicing as agreed. \nDrive and Achieve Area Sales targets for all products and services. \nConsistently grow the channel to drive business growth.\nProactively review with Consumer Sales Leadership Team actual sales trends, customer insights and propose ways to effectively improve Sales Field & Customer Experience.\nDevelop Area targeted sales roll out plans, coordinate the allocation of approved targets to channels and ensure that proper communication & workshop is conducted with Area Sales for effective impact.
