This fantastic opportunity is available and if you have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced telecommunication industry and meet the desired requirements; then we would like to hear from you!\nWe are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Sales Executive (Temporary - 2 Months) to join our Consumer Team based in Suva, reporting to the Team Leader.\nAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently serving existing customers and approaching new customers with product information and on-going promotions to acquire new customers.\nCore responsibilities:\nSell Digicel’s products as per the set criteria and guidelines.\nMaximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.\nTrack all SIMS and handsets received and ensure that faulty SIMS and handsets are identified and submitted to Team Leader.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.\nEnsure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.\nBe present at all stock count scheduled and ensure all monies, SIMS and handsets are present.\nSubmit customer Feedback & Issues to Team Leader for escalation.\nProvide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions and market intelligence.\nEnsure all set targets and KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.\nUtilize company assigned tools, apps and system access as per requirement for communication and processes.\nAdhere to the weekly schedules.\nParticipate in the company’s promotions (e.g. Road Shows) and department scheduled promotions.\nComplete all mandatory training sessions.\nAcademic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:\nA pass in Year 13 or equivalent.\nOne-year working experience in a similar role in a mid to large organization.\nSound knowledge of latest mobile gadgets.\nHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.\nGood communication, interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work constructively within a team environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.\nWhy Join Us?\nWe foster an innovative work culture that encourages fresh ideas, offering a competitive compensation.\nThink you’re the perfect fit?
