This member of our team will report to the Accounting Manger over the Accounts Payable process and will be working with vendors and employees from all departments of the Company to achieve success.\nWhat you will do\nEnter invoices in the company’s ERP system by reviewing and verifying expense requirements.\nEnter proper G/L and tax coding for expenditures.\nTrack accounts and make sure invoice and PO payments are paid in a timely manner.\nFacilitate invoice receipt requests.\nObtain proper invoice authorizations.\nEnter credit card transactions to subledger.\nManage credit card and AP account reconciliations.\nPerform audits and reconciliations of AP transactions.\nPerform audits of expense reports.\nRespond timely to vendor inquiries regarding accounts.\nAct as subject matter expert for AP processing across all company systems.\nPrepare and review schedules in support of internal and external audit processes and requirements.\nWhat you will have\n1+ years of experience with accounting, budgeting, finance or customer service\nReconciliation skills\nPreferred NetSuite experience\nPreferred Concur Admin experience\nUnderstanding of Foreign Currency Exchange rates\nExcellent problem solver\nProficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and/or any other products within the Microsoft Suite\nStrong organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nAbility to work and communicate among multiple teams and functions\nNice to have\nBachelor's degree (or working towards) in Business, Finance, Accounting and years related experience\n3+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, finance or customer service\nAdvanced knowledge and skill with MS Excel, MS Word, and/or any other products within the Microsoft Suite\nInternational Accounts Payable experience\nPreferred experience working in the technology industry\nExtensive knowledge of ecommerce and best practice\nBenefits\nGenerous time off policies\nTop shelf benefits\nEducation, wellness and lifestyle support\nTo protect candidate information and maintain a secure hiring process, all applications must be submitted through our careers portal.
