This role will report directly to the VP of FP&A and will play a key role in supporting the company’s GTM planning, reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling.\nThe ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex SaaS performance data into clear and concise reporting for senior leadership.\nThis role will have significant exposure to ARR, bookings, revenue, billings, churn, renewals, expansions, contractions, and retention metrics, with a particular focus on building and maintaining reporting models and executive-level reporting decks.\nThe position will be based in India and will work closely with Finance leadership in both India and the U.S. The role will also have a dotted-line relationship with the Director of Finance - India. \nWhat you will do\nSaaS Topline Reporting & Analysis\nOwn and maintain recurring reporting for key SaaS topline metrics, including:\nARR\nBookings\nBillings\nRevenue\nDollar-based Gross Retention (GRR)\nDollar-based Net Retention (NRR)\nChurn\nContraction\nExpansion\nNew business\n\nAnalyze monthly and quarterly performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.\nIdentify key drivers and variances within the SaaS topline and clearly communicate findings to Finance leadership.\nMaintain detailed customer and cohort-level analyses to support understanding of topline performance.\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of topline data across reporting models and management reporting.\nFinancial Modeling & Forecasting\nBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting SaaS topline forecasting and planning.\nDevelop detailed models for ARR movements, customer retention, churn, contraction, expansion, and new business.\nSupport monthly forecasting and annual planning processes.\nPerform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate different topline assumptions and business outcomes.\nDevelop analytical models to help Finance leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities within the SaaS business.\nImprove and automate existing models and reporting processes where appropriate.\nManagement Reporting & Executive Presentations\nPrepare recurring reporting packages and executive-level presentations for Finance and senior leadership.\nBuild and maintain reporting decks highlighting topline performance, key trends, and variance drivers.\nTranslate detailed financial and operational data into clear, concise insights for senior audiences.\nSupport preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.\nEnsure reporting materials are accurate, timely, and presented in a clear and executive-friendly format.\nWhat you will have\n3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.\nStrong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and management reporting.\nExperience working in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business is strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of SaaS financial and operating metrics, including ARR, retention, churn, expansion, and contraction.\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with the ability to build complex financial models.\nStrong PowerPoint / presentation skills and experience creating executive-level reporting decks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to work with large datasets and translate detailed analysis into clear business insights.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with financial planning systems, BI tools, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong financial modeling skills with a focus on building scalable, accurate models.\nExceptional attention to detail and a high level of ownership over reporting accuracy.\nSomeone who enjoys working with data and can quickly identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers.\nStrong ability to create clear, polished reporting decks for senior leadership.\nA self-starter who can operate independently while knowing when to escalate issues.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. \nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly. \nA mindset focused on continuously improving models, reporting, and processes.\nReporting Structure\nThis position will report directly to the VP of FP&A and will be based in India.\nThe role will also have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Finance -
