engineering.\n\nBuild robust REST APIs and backend services for complex enterprise and AI-enabled workflows.\n\nDesign microservices and distributed system architectures with reliable service-to-service communication.\n\nDevelop asynchronous and event-driven workflows for long-running and multi-step processes.\n\nSupport orchestration and communication across backend services AI components document-processing services and internal or external systems.\n\nImplement reliable processing patterns including idempotency retries timeout handling failure recovery and duplicate-request prevention.\n\nDesign and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nImplement scalable caching strategies using Redis or similar technologies.\n\nBuild secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across APIs and microservices.\n\nImplement monitoring logging and observability capabilities to ensure production reliability.\n\nDevelop and maintain modern frontend applications and dashboards as part of end-to-end product delivery.\n\nCollaborate with AI engineers DevOps engineers platform teams architects and business stakeholders.\n\nRequirementsRequired Skills & Experience\n6 years of professional software engineering experience.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Full Stack development with significant backend engineering responsibilities.\n\nStrong experience with TypeScript and backend frameworks such as or NestJS.\n\nHands-on frontend experience with or similar modern frameworks.\n\nStrong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.\n\nSolid understanding of API design idempotency validation error handling and secure transaction processing.\n\nStrong experience with microservices and distributed systems.\n\nExperience with asynchronous processing messaging and event-driven architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with Kafka RabbitMQ Azure Service Bus AWS SQS/SNS or equivalent technologies.\n\nStrong experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL or SQL Server.\n\nExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or equivalent.\n\nStrong understanding of database design indexing query optimization and large-volume data processing.\n\nHands-on experience with Redis or similar distributed caching technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of authentication and authorization patterns such as OAuth 2.0 OIDC JWT mTLS or equivalent.\n\nGood understanding of retries timeouts failure handling resilience and high-availability patterns.\n\nExperience with monitoring logging and production troubleshooting.\n\nStrong communication problem-solving and system design skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to Generative AI LLM-based applications or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.\n\nExperience integrating backend applications with AI services or intelligent document-processing solutions.\n\nExposure to Agentic AI or multi-agent workflows is highly desirable but not mandatory.\n\nUnderstanding of dynamic workflow orchestration tool calling state management or planner/executor patterns is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience with cloud-native and containerized environments using Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift.\n\nExperience in banking fintech payments Open Banking Open Finance credit risk or other regulated enterprise environments.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nWe are looking for a strong software engineer who can go beyond feature development and confidently design systems for scale security reliability and failure recovery.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong backend and distributed systems expertise with modern frontend capabilities and an interest in building next-generation enterprise AI applications.
