industry developments.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or a related field.\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning or AI-based applications.\n\n- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization.\n\n- Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).\n\n- Familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.\n\n- Experience building REST APIs and integrating AI solutions into applications.\n\n- Knowledge of data processing, model evaluation, and AI application performance optimization.\n\n- Understanding of databases, data pipelines, and software development best practices.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.\n\n- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.\n\n- Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and workflow orchestration.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and production deployment.\n\n- Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and evaluation techniques for LLMs.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile :\n\n- Ability to convert business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of AI system architecture and integration patterns.\n\n- Experience working in Agile development environments.\n\n- A continuous-learning mindset with an interest in emerging AI
