Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced IIS & .NET Application Support Engineer to support business-critical applications hosted on IIS in enterprise production environments. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents in a 24x7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support IIS-hosted .NET and .NET Core applications in production environments.
- Perform IIS administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage SSL certificates and HTTPS configurations.
- Support application deployments, releases, and environment-related activities.
- Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management through ServiceNow.
- Analyse IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer logs to identify application issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production incidents.
- Monitor application availability, performance, and service stability.
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Support critical incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and resolution details.
Mandatory Skills :
- 3+ Years hands-on experience in IIS Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Windows Server Administration.
- .NET and .NET Core.
- SSL Certificate and HTTPS Configuration.
- Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Incident and Change Management.
- ServiceNow Ticketing.
- ITIL Fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory.

- 3+ Years Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-facing application support experience.
- Ability to work effectively during critical production incidents.
- Comfortable working in US shifts and 24x7 rotational support.
- Strong ownership and commitment to maintaining stable application services.
Shift : US Shift (24x7 Support Rotation).
Work Mode : Hybrid.
