specific EDI requirements.\n\n- Troubleshoot end - to - end integrations : SAP -> IDoc / EDI -> Middleware / MuleSoft -> External Partner.\n\n- Support SAP SD / O2C, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing and Invoicing related EDI issues.\n\n- Perform RCA, incident management and P1 / P2 production support.\n\n- Support EDI testing, changes, UAT and production releases.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- Strong SAP EDI / IDoc Production Support experience.\n\n- Good knowledge of SAP SD / O2C.\n\n- EDI messages : 850, 855, 856 / DESADV, 810 / INVOIC, 204, 997.\n\n- Middleware experience, preferably MuleSoft.\n\n- Hands-on with WE02 / WE05, BD87, WE20, WE19, WE21, SM37.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, RCA and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- ANSI X12 / EDIFACT.\n\n- EDI mapping & transformation.\n\n- XML interfaces.\n\n- SAP LE / Shipping.\n\n- VIM / E -
