Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Request Management.\n\n- Develop and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to improve customer service operations and case management.\n\n- Build integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.\n\n- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and catalog items.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Implement and maintain ServiceNow DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Application Repository, Source Control Integration, Update Sets, and deployment automation.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.\n\n- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge articles.\n\n- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management processes.\n\nTech Stack:\n\n- ServiceNow Platform: ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, CMDB, Reporting.\n\n- Integrations: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO.\n\n- Development: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs.\n\n- DevOps: Git, Automated Testing Framework (ATF), Release Management.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\n\n- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
