Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. - Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Request Management. - Develop and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to improve customer service operations and case management. - Build integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies. - Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and catalog items. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Implement and maintain ServiceNow DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Application Repository, Source Control Integration, Update Sets, and deployment automation. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best
