Discovery.\n\n2. Service Mapping.\n\n3. Event Management (preferred).\n\n4. Cloud Discovery (nice to have).\n\n- Configure and troubleshoot MID Server setups and integrations.\n\nServiceNow Development :\n\n- Develop using:\n\n1. Business Rules.\n\n2. Script Includes.\n\n3. Client Scripts.\n\n4. Flow Designer / Workflows.\n\n- Customize modules while ensuring OOTB best practices are followed.\n\nIntegrations & Automation:\n\n- Build integrations using:\n\n1. REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n2. IntegrationHub / Flow Designer. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace).\n\nDiscovery & Service Mapping:\n\n- Configure and optimize Discovery schedules and probes/patterns.\n\n- Implement and maintain Service Mapping for business services.\n\n- Troubleshoot issues related to CI identification and reconciliation rules (IRE).\n\nGovernance & Best Practices:\n\n- Ensure alignment with:\n\n1. CSDM (Common Service Data Model).\n\n2. ServiceNow best practices.\n\n- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nMandatory:\n\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.\n\n- Strong expertise in:\n\n1. CMDB & CSDM framework.\n\n2. ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).\n\n- Proficiency in:\n\n1. JavaScript, Glide APIs.\n\n2. REST/SOAP integrations.\n\n- Experience with:\n\n1. MID Server configuration.\n\n2. CI lifecycle management.\n\nPreferred:\n\n- Experience in:\n\n1. Event Management / AIOps.\n\n2. Cloud Discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP).\n\n- Exposure to:\n\n1. ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).\n\n2.
