high-quality delivery.\nOptimise infra cost with the help of the engineering team, backed by impactful cost metrics.\nBuild prototypes with infra setup and setup framework for further development.\n\nRequirements: \n7-9 years of experience in software development at growth-phase startups.\nProblem solver at heart and data-driven decision maker.\nExcellent knowledge of software architecture, application design and development.\nExperience in building and scaling systems using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, SQS / Kafka / AMQ, Redis, NoSQL databases, web services and performance tuning.\nExperience in building ERP software products with decent knowledge of cloud infrastructure.\nExcellent communicator to propose and review engineering designs.\nExperience in delivering end-to-end projects (0 to 1) with clear impact metrics.\nExperience in bringing clarity to vague problem statements and breaking down multi-quarter projects, with phased launches.\nExperience in building systems that have handled at least 100k users.\nExperience in building microservices that have handled > 100 qps in a live environment.\nExperience in leading/mentoring senior developers for a minimum of 3 years.\nExperience in ReactJS would be a plus.\nExperience in enterprise SaaS would be a plus.\nProven experience in utilising AI tools and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation
