Description\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products and applications.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual and automation testing, excellent understanding of QA processes, and the ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.\nIdentify, document, track, and manage bugs throughout the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.\nPerform API testing and validate backend functionality.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate automation frameworks and tools.\nConduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing where required.\nParticipate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, test planning, and release activities.\nEnsure adequate test coverage and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle.\nPerform root-cause analysis for recurring defects and work with development teams on resolution.\nReview and improve existing QA processes, testing methodologies, and documentation.\nPrepare and share test reports, defect reports, and QA status updates with relevant stakeholders.\nMentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving the team's overall testing practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.\nStrong hands-on experience in manual testing, automation testing, and automation frameworks.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.\nExperience in functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.\nHands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.\nGood understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.\nBasic to good knowledge of SQL/database testing.\nFamiliarity with Git/version control systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.\nExperience with performance or load testing tools.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience testing web and mobile
