The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day infrastructure operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain internal/on-premises hardware servers, storage, backups, operating systems, and related infrastructure.\nConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, network access, and monitoring.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security policies, and access management.\nManage AWS and GCP networking services, including VPC/VPC networks, subnets, routing, VPNs, security groups/firewall rules, DNS, and connectivity.\nMonitor infrastructure availability, performance, security, and capacity.\nManage user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls across internal and cloud environments.\nImplement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.\nTroubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, cloud, and connectivity issues.\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.\nApply security updates, patches, and best practices across servers, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and endpoints.\nCoordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, cloud, and software-related issues.\nProvide technical support and guidance to internal teams when required.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Server administration.\nGood understanding of networking concepts -
