The ideal candidate should have worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer, Lead UI/UX Designer, or in a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of product design, user experience, and design systems.\nThe candidate should possess a strong and impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, problem-solving, product thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final implementation.\nDefine and execute UI/UX strategies aligned with product, user, and business objectives.\nUnderstand user needs, business requirements, and product challenges to develop effective design solutions.\nConduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and design validation wherever required.\nCreate user flows, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.\nDevelop and maintain scalable design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components.\nEnsure consistency in design, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience across platforms.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\nLead design discussions, presentations, and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.\nReview designs and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.\nMentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering creativity and professional growth within the team.\nManage multiple design projects and prioritize deliverables based on business and product requirements.\nStay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, AI-powered design solutions, and industry best practices.\nContribute to improving the organization's overall design processes, standards, and design culture.\n\nRequired Skills & Technical Expertise\nStrong expertise in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, and Design Thinking.\nProficiency in Figma is essential; experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design/prototyping tools is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.\nExperience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.\nStrong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.\nExperience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.\nGood understanding of accessibility and usability standards.\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.\nStrong visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.\nAbility to convert complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.\nStrong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nLeadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to guide a design team.\n\nRequired Experience & Profile\n6-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related field.\nCandidates should preferably have worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer, Lead UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Lead, or in a similar role.\nDemonstrated experience in leading design projects and mentoring designers.\nStrong understanding of the complete design lifecycle, from discovery to development handoff and implementation.\nExperience working closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a user-first approach.\nExcellent portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate relevant UI/UX projects, design thinking, problem-solving, and product design capabilities.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field is
