Τhe job holder will significantly contribute to successfully addressing our customers’ needs, by designing solutions and drafting technical proposals based on their specific needs and requirements. The job holder closely cooperates with the Sales and Technical Teams of the Company to ensure the provision of excellent service to our clients.
Job Description
- Preparing bids and responding to RFIs/RFPs in cooperation with the sales team
- Identifying key business and technical challenges and translating them to the right technical solution
- Acting as the connection between Sales and Technical Teams
- Design the most appropriate solution for the client, determine the scope and develop technical solutions
- Identify the client’s requirements, analyze the project’s technical and operational specifications (requirement capture)
- Prepare the bill of material (BOM), and analyze all necessary manpower in cooperation with the technical department
- Provide presales support for new and existing clients
- Maintain technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and certifications
Requirements
- Hold a BA in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
- Experience at least in one of the following fields: Virtualization, Networking
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, Pre-sales, Consulting, or similar positions.
- Have analytical thinking and advanced technical skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have fluency in English
