This role will be instrumental in driving user engagement through innovative promotional strategies \nand lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to appeal to diverse player segments across multiple markets.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include:\nCore Duties:\nExecute briefs, projects, and initiatives to support / grow the Player Lifecycle Strategy.\n\nPrioritize and plan projects with the Player Lifecycle Manager.\n\nOptimize communication touchpoints and adjust interventions as needed.\n\nIdentify new opportunities and collaborate on implementation.\n\nWork with external teams (e.g., Market Development, Digital Marketing).\n\nStay informed on competitors, industry trends, and marketing best practices.\n\nMonitor project success and apply learnings.\n\nEnsure communication meets customer needs and improves response rates.\n\nDeliver projects on time, meeting standards and deadlines.\n\nImplement initiatives to optimize player experience and minimize revenue loss.\n\nFinancial Management\nDevise initiatives and offer strategies that deliver on customer expectations and support anticipated ROI per project/intervention.\n\nEnsure numbers management, deep dives and forensic audits, on all variables of the New Player Portfolio / promotions to ensure initiatives are measurable against set KPI’s thereof.\n\nProject Management:\nCoordinate marketing activities to support retention with stakeholders.\n\nDiversify automation to drive business growth.\n\nEnsure cooperation between teams and suppliers to meet project timelines.\n\nAssess tools to improve flexibility and scalability.\n\nRun ad-hoc promotions for re-engagement before automation.\n\nFinancial Management\nDevelop initiatives and offers to meet ROI targets.\n\nConduct audits on the Offer Management Portfolio to measure against KPIs.\n\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. You may be required to complete other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.\nEssential skills you’ll bring to the table\nThe necessary skills that we require for this role include:\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or Finance Administration\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and data-driven retention strategies\n\nProven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, and formulas)\n\nStrong analytical mindset, confident in interpreting data and making informed business decisions\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively\n\nDemonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope\n\nExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables\n\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n\nHighly organized, proactive, and quality-driven\n\nDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:\nProven experience owning and delivering end-to-end retention strategies and governance, not just campaign execution\n\nProficiency in project management software such as Jira or Trello\n\nExperience in developing and optimizing customer retention frameworks or lifecycle marketing programs\n\nPeople management or leadership experience within a marketing or retention team\n\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
