This will help us excel and provide a platform allowing people to work smart and not hard to stay ahead of the game.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:\nRun requirements analysis and documentation.\nDevelopment and maintenance of system documentation. \nAssist with implementing new setups, functionality and data migration. \nUser & Permission Management.\nUser Training.\nSupport end users with the ERP system across all subsidiaries. \nFault-finding on unposted transactions including integration transactions.\nEnsure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements.\nSupport and assist with Power BI and reporting related functions.\nFunctional project analysis, requirement gathering , process mapping and design.\nCreating quality detailed briefs for small to large projects.\nAbility to work alone on project related work where required.\nImplementation and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.\nBuild and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our clients needs and requirements.\nKnowledge sharing with team members.\nThis list covers your core responsibilities - with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re someone who brings:\nClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas\nA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work\nAdaptability - you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments\n5 yrs experience as an NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant.\nExtensive experience in the Financial Module.\nMS Dynamics NAV 2015 and higher.\nMS Dynamics 365 Business Central\nStrong Microsoft Office applications skills.\nGood financial awareness and business acumen.\nExperience with delivery of end-to-end projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post go-live support and reporting\nBe prepared to work in a 24/7 environment.\nDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends\nPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations\nFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards\nExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategies\nDegree or equivalent diploma in either Information Systems, Business/Finance\nExceptional experience in Excel knowledge.\nUnderstanding of basic financial principles.\nUnderstanding of usability and user experience principles in an ERP space\nProblem Solving and Analytical Skills\nPower Platform experience and certification\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
