The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with an understanding of social media trends to create engaging graphics, animations, and multimedia content that enhances brand identity and drives audience engagement.\nYour drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:\nLead the design and production of high-quality, short-form motion content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, paid social video)\n\nConceptualize and execute scroll-stopping motion-first creative aligned to campaign and always-on strategies\n\nCombine traditional design tools (Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere Pro) with AI-driven tools (e.g., generative design, text-to-video, automated editing tools) to scale creative output\n\nTranslate brand, campaign, and cultural insights into engaging, platform-native visual storytelling\n\nOwn the end-to-end motion design process, from concept to final export, including animation, editing, sound, and pacing\n\nCollaborate closely with social strategists, community teams, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver brand-led creative\n\nOptimise creative for platform algorithms, audience behaviours, and performance KPIs (engagement, completion rate, conversions)\n\nBuild and maintain modular templates, toolkits, and motion systems to increase speed and consistency at scale\n\nLeverage AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype, iterate, and personalise content\n\nStay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, and creator styles, translating them into brand-relevant executions\n\nAdapt and localise global/campaign assets into dynamic, social-first motion content\n\nPartner with influencers and creators to ensure visual alignment and quality of co-created content\n\nDrive creative testing (A/B and multivariate) and iterate based on performance insights\n\nEnsure all content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and platform best practices (e.g., captions, framing, safe zones)\n\nContribute to the evolution of the brand’s motion identity and social design language\n\nManage high-volume production workflows, balancing speed with creative excellence\n\nMentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback within the team\n\nPresent concepts and creative rationale confidently to stakeholders\n\nThis list covers your core responsibilities - with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.\nWhat you’ll bring\nAdvanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator\n\nStrong short-form video editing and motion design capability\n\nHands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., generative visuals, text-to-video, AI editing)\n\nProficiency in social-first content tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)\n\nSolid understanding of platform specs and formats (Reels, Shorts, etc).\n\nAt least 5 years’ similar experience in a social media designer function\n\nDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:\nClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas\n\nA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work\n\nAdaptability, you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments\n\nKnowledge of social media trends\n\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
