You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand how digital solutions work and be confident communicating technical requirements.\nKey Responsibilities1. Digital Project Coordination\nCoordinate multiple website, web application, e-commerce and AI-related projects from planning through deployment.\n\nManage project timelines, deliverables, milestones and resource allocations.\n\nCoordinate with internal designers, external developers and technology partners to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nTrack project progress, identify potential delays and proactively resolve delivery issues.\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, task lists and progress updates.\n\n2. Web Development & Technical Coordination\nCoordinate website development projects involving WordPress, WooCommerce and custom web applications.\n\nTranslate client requirements and approved designs into clear development tasks and deliverables.\n\nLiaise with developers to clarify technical requirements, troubleshoot issues and monitor implementation.\n\nUnderstand fundamental web concepts, including CMS platforms, domains, hosting, DNS, APIs and third-party integrations.\n\nSupport website staging, quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and go-live activities.\n\nCoordinate post-launch maintenance, technical support requests and issue resolution.\n\n3. AI & Digital Solutions\nDemonstrate familiarity with AI tools, platforms and emerging technologies.\n\nSupport the coordination of AI-powered solutions, including chatbots, workflow automation and system integrations.\n\nWork with technical partners to understand AI solution requirements, implementation processes and deliverables.\n\nUtilise AI tools to improve project coordination, documentation, research and operational efficiency.\n\nStay informed about relevant developments in AI and digital technology.\n\n4. Quality Assurance & Delivery\nConduct functional checks across desktop and mobile devices to ensure websites meet approved requirements.\n\nDocument bugs, technical issues and improvement requests for developers.\n\nCoordinate testing, revisions and final deployment activities.\n\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality expectations before client handover.\n\n5. Client & Stakeholder Communication\nServe as a key point of contact for project-related updates, technical clarifications and follow-ups.\n\nCommunicate project progress, timelines and outstanding action items clearly.\n\nCoordinate meetings, training sessions and project handovers.\n\nManage day-to-day project matters independently and escalate critical issues when necessary.\n\nRequirements & QualificationsEssential\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.\n\n2–3 years of relevant experience in digital project coordination, website development or IT project delivery.\n\nGood understanding of website development processes, particularly WordPress or similar CMS platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent solutions, with an interest in AI automation.\n\nAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience working in a digital agency, web development company or IT solutions provider.\n\nExposure to WooCommerce, Laravel or custom web applications.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, webhooks, system integrations or automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.\n\nExperience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana or similar platforms.\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO or website performance optimisation.\n\nExperience with website QA, UAT, hosting management or technical support.\n\nWhat We're Looking
