technical teams to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions.\nManage the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution presentation to commercial negotiations and deal closure.\nMonitor team performance, sales pipeline, forecasting, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.\nTravel extensively across PAN India and surrounding regions for client meetings, business reviews, and strategic engagements.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of proven experience in Business Development within IT Services, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, or Managed Services.\nDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a Business Development or Enterprise Sales team.\nStrong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.\nGood understanding of IT Infrastructure Solutions, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Servers & Storage, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.\nExperience working with leading OEMs or technology partners.\nStrong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities.\nSelf-driven and strategic thinker with the ability to motivate teams and drive business growth.\nCTC: up to 16
