Client Experience Executive/Client Concierge

Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Experience Executive / Client Concierge to manage premium lifestyle requests and deliver personalised, timely, and confidential services. The role includes handling client requests, managing vendors, and setting up simple concierge processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Manage travel, dining, healthcare, gifting, events, and wellness requests.
• Understand client preferences and provide personalised support.
• Ensure timely responses and high service quality.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Vendor Management

• Identify and manage reliable service providers.
• Negotiate preferred rates and priority services.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.

Process & Operations

• Create SOPs for request handling and escalation.
• Track client requests, preferences, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Support the improvement and expansion of concierge services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium banking, lifestyle management, or executive assistance.
• Experience working with HNI or premium clients is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and request-tracking tools.
