strategies for both individuals and corporates while staying continuously updated with amendments in tax laws, circulars, and notifications.\nManage and represent clients in direct tax litigation matters before tax authorities, including appearances before the Commissioner of Income Tax Appeals and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.\nDraft and review appeals, submissions, replies, and various legal documents.\nHandle scrutiny assessments, reassessments, and notices while developing effective litigation strategies and maintaining comprehensive case documentation.\nProvide advisory services on corporate structuring and tax efficiency.\nAssist in transaction advisory, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, and offer expert opinions on the tax implications of business decisions.\nSupport clients in various regulatory and compliance-related matters.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nFully qualified Chartered Accountant.\n4 years of relevant professional experience specifically in direct taxation and litigation.\nStrong knowledge of direct tax laws and litigation procedures.\nExcellent drafting and representation skills, with prior experience in handling appearances before tax authorities highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks, with exposure to corporate advisory and structuring considered a strong advantage.\nExceptional analytical thinking with a strict attention to detail.\nProven ability to handle complex tax matters independently.\nGood verbal and written communication, coupled with strong
