The ideal candidate will work closely with internal Research, Product, Technology, and QA teams to ensure accurate, high-quality consensus data while maintaining global quality standards.\nThe role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial statements and financial data.\nKey Responsibilities\nConsensus Data Management\nAggregate, maintain, and update consensus estimates across Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nCapture and standardize broker estimates across various financial metrics.\nMonitor sector-specific earnings announcements, broker revisions, and management guidance.\nEnsure timely updates of estimate revisions throughout reporting cycles (PreQ/PostQ).\nTrack analyst coverage and estimate dispersion trends.\nMaintain historical consensus databases.\nFinancial Statement & Earnings Analysis\nInterpret financial statements prepared under GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.\nTrack quarterly earnings releases and update financial models accordingly.\nReconcile reported financial results against consensus estimates.\nSupport the preparation of earnings calendars and estimate tracking dashboards.\nMaintain updates for corporate actions including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring activities, and other events impacting consensus estimates.\nData Quality & Validation\nPerform quality checks and data integrity audits to ensure high accuracy and consistency.\nIdentify anomalies, outliers, and inconsistencies across broker estimates.\nCollaborate with QA and Technology teams to improve validation processes.\nMaintain documentation for methodologies, processes, and workflows.\nFinancial Modelling Support\nMaintain standardized earnings models aligned with consensus data.\nAssist in KPI mapping and standardization of non-GAAP metrics.\nContribute to the development of sector-specific financial models.\nWork with Product teams to enhance model scalability and structure.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate existing data workflows.\nContribute to process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the consensus data lifecycle.\nSupport automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, or Python (preferred).\nRequired Technical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling)\nStrong understanding of financial statements and revenue drivers\nKnowledge of financial databases and consensus platforms (preferred)\nBasic understanding of SQL or similar data tools (good to have)\nAbility to work with structured and large datasets\nCore Competencies:\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nMaster’s degree in Finance or a related discipline (Mandatory)\nCFA Charterholder or candidates who have cleared CFA Level I or II will be preferred (not mandatory)\n1-5 years of experience in Financial Data Operations/Financial Modelling\nFinancial Statement Analysis\nCTC -
