The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, import regulations, duties, taxation, and container clearance.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate end-to-end import and export shipments, including the preparation and verification of required documentation.\nTrack shipment status and take immediate action on delays, bottlenecks, or operational escalations.\nEnsure inbound shipments comply with purchase-order terms related to quantity, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.\nCoordinate with the finance team for the timely payment and verification of import duties, tariffs, freight charges, and other transactional costs.\nWork closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure goods are prepared and dispatched on schedule.\nMaintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and other logistics service providers.\nAssist in resolving disputes and operational issues involving customs authorities, shipping companies, or logistics partners.\nCoordinate with marketing and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure the timely procurement of required inventory.\nManage local purchase coordination, including vendor follow-ups, dispatch confirmations, and delivery reconciliation.\nHandle quality-related escalations, coordinate discussions with vendors, and process claims for replacements, recoveries, or penalties.\nCoordinate with international buyers for documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth fulfilment of export orders.\nManage priority sales orders, returns, customer complaints, payment follow-ups, and related coordination.\nMaintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with international trade laws and company procedures.\nMonitor shipment costs and identify opportunities to improve logistics and sampling cost efficiency.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification;
