The role involves client onboarding across platforms such as BSE and NSE, handling client queries, monitoring transaction status, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate should have a commerce background, strong analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of Mutual Funds and financial products.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle and monitor day-to-day operational activities, including client onboarding across platforms such as BSE and NSE.\nAddress client queries, track transaction status, prepare and send reports, and manage physical documentation.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, minimal complaints, and timely resolution of issues.\nCollect and analyse Mutual Fund data as required by the team.\nMaintain trackers for operational action items and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.\nCoordinate independently with various Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to resolve operational and client-related queries.\nSupport the evaluation and analysis of Mutual Funds, PMS, and other investment products.\nUpdate databases on a monthly basis and prepare periodic reports.\nAssist in preparing Mutual Fund research reports on a quarterly basis.\nUpdate investment values, factsheets, and related reports on a weekly and monthly basis.\nRequirements\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, financial services, wealth management, asset management, or a related domain.\nBBA/MBA or a relevant qualification with a commerce background; MBA is preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including the ability to use Excel formulas.\nUnderstanding of Mutual Fund schemes and investment products.\nNISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification is preferred;
