The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Management, and Project Management, along with extensive experience working with Japanese customers.\nExcellent spoken and written Japanese proficiency is mandatory.\nThe role will be responsible for managing Japanese customers, overseeing successful project execution, and ensuring high-quality product and service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, scope, and budget.\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.\nManage relationships with Japanese customers and act as a key point of contact for ongoing engagement.\nUnderstand customer requirements and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nConduct regular project review meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, challenges, and key updates to customers, stakeholders, and senior management.\nEnsure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.\nIdentify potential project risks and proactively drive appropriate resolution.\nLead and manage teams involved in customer projects and service delivery.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and overall customer experience.\nCandidate Requirements\n20+ years of overall professional experience.\nMinimum 5-7 years of relevant onsite experience in Japan in Customer Success, Account Management, or management of IT projects.\nPrior experience working in leadership roles within technology organizations, preferably product-based companies.\nStrong understanding of Japanese business culture, practices, and customer expectations.\nExcellent fluency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.\nProven experience in managing customers, project deliveries, and cross-functional teams.\nStrong leadership and people-management capabilities.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.\nEducation & Certification\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nJapanese language certification is preferred.\nLocation -
