and best practices.\nReview requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.\nOversee functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.\nReview and validate reported defects before release.\nDrive QA automation initiatives and increase automation coverage.\nIntegrate automated testing into the development and release process.\nMonitor QA metrics, release quality, and defect trends.\nCoordinate closely with Product, Development, and Project teams.\nContinuously improve testing efficiency and QA workflows.\nEnsure timely completion of testing activities and release readiness.\nRequired Skills\nManual and Automation Testing.\nAPI Testing.\nTest Planning and Test Case Review.\nBug Tracking Tools.\nBasic SQL.\nAgile/Scrum.\nStrong leadership and communication
