This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is technically strong, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of accounting and finance matters from start to finish.\nThe ideal candidate will be able to manage core accounting activities independently, strengthen existing processes, introduce practical automation, and support a broad range of finance and reporting requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn day-to-day accounting and controllership activities for the management company.\nManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.\nPrepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, schedules, and management reports.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, audit, and tax processes.\nMaintain strong accounting controls and ensure books and records remain accurate and up to date.\nImprove accounting processes, reporting, and workflows, and automate manual activities where practical.\nSupport senior finance leadership with financial analysis, special projects, and ad hoc requirements.\nCoordinate with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and other external service providers.\nReview the work of junior or outsourced accounting staff where required while remaining directly involved in execution.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nQualified Chartered Accountant (India) strongly preferred;
