Investment Operations & Transaction Management\nProcess investment transactions across Mutual Funds, Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, and other financial products.\nManage redemption requests, transaction follow-ups, and RTGS coordination.\nEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all client transactions.\n2. Client Onboarding & Compliance\nHandle client onboarding, account activation, and KYC documentation.\nCoordinate ACH mandate registrations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.\nVerify client documentation, application forms, and compliance-related records.\n3. Client Relationship & Service Management\nProvide prompt and effective resolution of client queries and service requests.\nCoordinate with Relationship Managers, clients, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and product partners.\nSupport servicing requirements for NRI clients and facilitate their investment transactions.\n4. Portfolio Management & Reporting\nReview client portfolios and investment holdings using portfolio management software.\nPrepare portfolio statements, review reports, and investment summaries.\nAssist Relationship Managers during periodic portfolio review meetings and client follow-ups.\n5. Documentation & Data Management\nMaintain accurate client records and operational documentation.\nUpdate and manage data within Investwell, CRM systems, and internal databases.\nEnsure proper record maintenance in line with regulatory and organizational standards.\n6. Product & AMC Coordination\nCoordinate operational activities related to New Fund Offers (NFOs), Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs), Bonds, NCDs, and Fixed Deposits.\nLiaise with AMCs and product providers for transaction processing and operational support.\nManage renewals and execution of investment products.\n7. MIS & Operational Reporting\nPrepare daily MIS reports and operational dashboards.\nTrack pending transactions and ensure timely closure.\nProvide regular operational updates and reports to management and other stakeholders.\n8. Team Leadership & Coordination\nLead, mentor, and support junior operations team members.\nCoordinate with Operations Assistants to ensure efficient workflow management.\nAllocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of operational activities.\nDrive collaboration and maintain high levels of operational efficiency across the team.\n9.
