This critical role acts as the bridge between product operations, engineering execution, DevOps reliability, security posture, and deployment governance, ensuring robust and scalable software delivery for our clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor platform uptime, latency, ingestion gaps, and overall service reliability.\nManage incident response, escalation workflows, and detailed postmortems.\nEnsure robust database maintenance, system backups, restores, and operational cost controls.\nRun release trains for the cloud platform, manage staged rollouts, and maintain effective rollback plans.\nOwn version control discipline across all services and maintain strict release traceability.\nExecute and validate software deployments directly with customer IT/OT teams.\nEnsure local, on-premise, or private cloud deployments are packaged, documented, repeatable, and easily upgradeable.\nManage inbound data pipelines (MQTT/HTTPS/API) and outbound integrations (reports, exports, dashboards, and customer systems).\nSupport and implement standard connectivity protocols wherever applicable.\nCandidate Qualifications:\nHold a B.Tech, B.E, or M.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.\nPossess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in platform operations, SaaS deployments, DevOps/SRE, or enterprise-level software delivery.\nDemonstrate proven experience in managing both cloud-based SaaS and customer-specific deployments (on-premise or private cloud).\nHave a strong technical understanding of backend systems, APIs, time-series data, and core reliability principles.\nExhibit working knowledge of Docker/Containers, Linux, Networking, Reverse Proxies (NGINX), TLS, SQL, and Postgres.\nShow familiarity with time-series storage patterns (e.g., Influx-like concepts) and system monitoring/observability (metrics, logs, traces).\nBring solid documentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.\nPossess good-to-have knowledge of IoT data pipelines (MQTT brokers, device telemetry), role-based access control (RBAC) patterns, audit logging, and regulated
